Skills You Bring To this Role
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints/manufacturing drawings, and work orders.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of manual mills and/or manual lathes along with their appropriate use and operation.
What you need to be successful
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years related experience machining parts in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree in machine technology
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to wear hearing and eye protection equipment.
- Required to kneel, squat, stand, sit, and carry throughout the day.
- Must be on feet for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
