Skills You Bring To this Role
· Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field (Graduate degree in business, HR or a related field preferred)
· 5+ years progressive experience in HR disciplines with a strategic focus or equivalent experience (HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or GPHR preferred)
· Experience coaching and influencing leaders
· Ability to assess needs and design innovative solutions
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive tactical execution
· Demonstrated ability to work and gain credibility with leadership, employees and peers.
· Track record of strong performance and significant contributions to the business.
· Employment/Labor Law knowledge
· Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change
· Capable and confident communicator with personal presence and ability to cultivate relationships
· Self-directed and motivated. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate through complexity and matrixed environment
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, change management, and eliminating barriers at any organizational level
· Ability to develop trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results at all levels of the organization. Experience in coaching, training, and developing employees in a high-performance culture
