Skills You Bring To this Role
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
· At least 7 years of exempt-level human resources experience
o Ability to coach, mentor, develop, and manage team members
· Proficient knowledge of employment, wage and hour, FMLA, and EEO laws
· Demonstrated personal computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Experience supporting and working with a union covered workforce preferred

· Demonstrate ability to cultivate relationships and build trust across teams and levels
· Self-directed and motivated.
· Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to navigate through complexity and matrixed environment.
