· Working knowledge of scheduling, program management and cost schedule integration techniques.
· Results driven with strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Good oral, written and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter, able to work well in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Ability to extract and prepare data analysis as required to support program reporting criteria.
What you need to be successful
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Management, or (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
· 5+ years in Production, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering related activities, Finance, Accounting, or Program Management.
· Excellent computer skills including MS Office (such as Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, SQL) and SAP.
· 2+ years of direct Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting experience under government contracts in compliance with DOD guidelines preferred.
· 2+ years direct experience in developing budgets, preparing variance analysis, estimates to complete, cost performance reports, and cost schedule status reports in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment preferred.
· Industrial Engineering (IE) experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
