We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Coffs Harbour team as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance performed on assigned aircraft is carried out to the highest possible standard in compliance with company policies and procedures and National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
- Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with the relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Assigning and supervising tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job and monitoring their progress and paperwork.
- Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities, while maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace for all employees and visitors to maintenance and engineering facilities.
- Some travel maybe required.
