Skills You Bring To this Role:
· We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate.
· Experience with current industry software languages and practices (C/C++/C#, Python, etc.).
· Experience with preparing for software certification (SOI) reviews from the applicant/auditee perspective.
· Experience with conducting software certification (SOI) reviews from the certification authority/auditor perspective.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Demonstrated Communication Skills needed to brief top-level management, customers and/or large groups on an occasional-to-frequent basis.
· Experience with information flow between the software requirements process and the system/safety process per RTCA DO-178B/C and SAE ARP-4754A.
· Experience with software tool qualification per RTCA DO-330.
· Experience with software model-based development per RTCA DO-331.
What you need to be successful:
· At least 5+ years’ experience in a software engineering role, including requirements, design, coding, and testing per RTCA DO-178B/C.
· Required Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering or science discipline.
