Responsibilities

 Comply with OSHA & Textron health and safety standards

•       Comply with TS 16949 & ISO 14001 standards

•       Perform all measurement and functional tests per customer specific quality requirements

•       Stop processes and escalate in all cases of non-conformities to quality (STOP-CALL-WAIT)

•       Support audits (2S, 6S, product audits, etc.) and TPM

•       Support other related quality functions such as containment, inspections, problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis

•       Maintain work areas in clean and orderly manner

•       Other duties as assigned

Requirements

•       Knowledge of Kautex manufacturing Process
•        Knowledge of product and measuring test equipment and techniques
•        Knowledge of statistical analysis and Rapid Problem Solving
•       Must have functional and technical skill
•        Ability to use and read quality tools such as calipers, microscopes, etc.
•        Ability to follow work instructions
•        Must have time management skills, multi-task oriented
•        Team oriented, strong communication skills
•  Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
