Summary of job description
The Canadian Government program team is currently looking for an Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Analyst. In support of the above-mentioned mandate, in liaison with the team and subject matter experts within BTCL and the CH146 WSM organization, and using the applicable documents and standards, the ILS analyst must conduct various ILS activities including, but not limited to the following:
- Ensure various ILS elements/activities related to the introduction of new CH146 Systems/Equipment/capabilities are evaluated, planned effectively, and coordinated between the various Organization supporting the CH146 operations.
- Coordinate and review ILS sub-contractor deliverables and reports to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet the initial requirement.
- Lead Periodic Aircraft Logistic System Monitoring Meeting with Customer, BTCL SMEs, and Sub-contractor.
- Support the Annual CH146 System Obsolescence review and Annual CH146 Obsolescence Working Group.
- Coordinate flow of ILS data throughout BTCL, the National Defense Headquarters (NDHQ), and sub-contractors when appropriate and records ILS related decision and implementation plan in the centralized ILS database.
- Conduct Technical Investigation and proposed corrective measure/actions. Ensure follow up of corrective actions.
Minimum required qualifications
- Bachelor or college degree in aerospace or related fields with a technical experience deemed equivalent.
- More than one (1) year of experience in conduct of various ILS activities in the context of a Military in Service Support contract such as Sparing Analysis, Reliability/Maintainability and reparability analysis, Preventive Maintenance evaluation, Design Change Impact Analysis, technical publication, and/or configuration management activities.
- Strong ability in interpreting technical documentation such as Drawings, Specification, Standards, is required.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to make presentations to senior management and customers.
- Functional knowledge in French is required.
- Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
The candidate must obtain and maintain a NATO Secret security clearance issued by the Industrial Security Program of Public Services and Supply Canada and BTCL security officers.
