Job Description:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and dedicated Manager of Employee Digital Experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees have an exceptional and productive digital experience while using company technologies and infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing the employee journey through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Team Leadership: Oversee a team of globally dispersed Infrastructure professionals.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical troubleshooting & outage support.
3. User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric approach to digital experience, ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs and preferences of employees.
4. Digital Tool Evaluation: Evaluate existing infrastructure tools, platforms, and applications used by employees to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
5. Digital Experience Strategy: Develop and execute a vision for enhancing the digital experience of employees, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, HR, and other relevant departments to implement digital solutions that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring their solutions align with employee experience goals and standards.
8. User Training and Support: Develop training programs and support resources to empower employees to make the most of digital tools and technologies.
9. User Feedback and Analysis: Gather feedback from employees regarding their digital experience, analyze data, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
10. Digital Security: Collaborate with IT security teams to implement digital security measures that protect employee data and maintain compliance with regulations.
11. Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for digital experience initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
12. Identity & Access Management: Provision / Deprovision access required by employees, contractors and customers.
