- Collaborative & analytical skills
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Strong skills in Excel such as Visual ERP, SAP, & Microsoft Office suite
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or other related field
- 2+ years experience in the aviation industry working with account management, sales, or other related customer support role
- Experience in business development, new product development, contract review, and compliance is a plus
- Prior Bell/Textron internship preferred
