- Manufacturing experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, be goal-oriented, data driven, with strong sense of urgency.
- Creative, entrepreneurial, and an empowering leader with strong organizational, human relations and problem-solving skills.
- Direct the daily manufacturing activities of union covered employees within their assigned area to complete required work.
- Excellent communicator, must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, internal and external customers, and brief leaders as required.
What you need to be successful
· We are looking for inquisitive and driven individual with a passion to innovate.
· A BS in Engineering, supply chain management, business management, leadership, OR equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience and/or relative supervisory experience is required).
