Textron Systems - Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (ATAC) provides tactical flight training and adversary services for military customers. Summary
The Production Supervisor guides and supervises the overall production of hangar/flight line maintenance actions for Airborne Tactical Advantage Company. The Production Supervisor leads all maintenance efforts while supporting company objectives, developing and empowering the maintenance team supporting company requirements. The Production Supervisor reports to and assists the Maintenance Manager in all matters pertaining to maintenance actions, policies, and programs for assigned maintenance personnel.

Job Responsibilities
• Manages personnel and equipment in the direct support of ATAC aircraft maintenance and flight operations
• Oversees aircraft maintenance efforts in support of company flight operations, requirements and commitments
o Accountable for maintenance team production and performance
o Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance/upkeep actions
• Provides maintenance guidance to the aircraft maintenance team
• Coordinates detachment requirements with the Maintenance Manager and Director of Operations
• Implements overtime management IAW company policy and maintenance department requirements
• Supervises and leads ATAC maintenance team efforts in flight operations at Newport News and detachment sites
• Monitors training of maintenance personnel
