EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
· Airframe & Powerplant license required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or in lieu of degree 5 years of relative military/technical hands on training experience required
· Experience as an A&P mechanic

· Verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment; including, grammar, ability to communicate with varying levels of professionals, and vocabulary
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and strong project management skills
· Ability to adapt quickly to change and handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Customer focus; demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and have a desire for strong customer service
· Conflict resolution skills
· Exceptional in PC skills; including, MS Office and general database management
· Presentation skills with various group sizes, comfortable with hybrid course delivery methods
· Bias for customer service- proactive communication to customers and team members, delivers on commitments, and is knowledgeable and accurate regarding expertise and safety requirements
· Demonstrated ability to work independently
