Job Title: Composite Bonding Technician
We are hiring immediately for a Composite Bonding Technician.
What you will be doing as a Composite Bonding Technician:
In this role, you can expect to prepare and bag composite parts and assemblies for the curing process. You’ll work alongside experienced operators in a temperature-controlled setting, gain valuable hands-on experience and enhance your skills in a supportive environment.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Component Assembly: Form and lay-up fiberglass, graphite, and Kevlar parts using blueprints and specifications, preparing them for autoclave or oven curing
- Material Selection: Choose appropriate holding fixtures, bonding and bagging materials, ensuring proper alignment and contamination-free surfaces
- Adhesive Application: Apply adhesives to bond parts, secure them in fixtures, and ensure uniform vacuum pressure by trimming, fitting, and sealing bleeder and bag materials
- Tool and Part Handling: Transport tools and parts to and from ovens, remove excess materials, and use measuring devices and hand/power tools as needed
- Inspection and Matching: Inspect details, remove them from process racks, and match them to production orders
What you need to be successful:

A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required.

A minimum of 3 months composite bonding experience
