Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation 
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support 
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in 
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting 
preserves.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for maximizing sales while minimizing risk associated with accounts receivable and 3rd Party 
  Financing
• Management of a team of employees supporting the financing of all sales and STL transactions
• Responsible for data integrity in customer master / new account set up
• Credit underwriting on open account and financed risk pool transactions
• Review / approval of international orders under Letter of Credit and Sight Draft terms
• Finance Partner Accounts- Cash Forecasting and Collections management
• Retail Finance program management
• Management of training guides / policies and SOP’s.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Reporting of performance (internal and external programs)
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Years of Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience, plus experience in underwriting OEM commercial 
  equipment credit
• Software Knowledge: SAP experience, general accounting knowledge and experience in contract review is 
  highly desired
• Travel Requirements: 10%
