·        Production data management and Labor productivity improvement

·        Standardized training process to let the new comer being a skilled operator fast and certification management

·        Personnel Management Manpower Equipment / Machine

·        Use of materials / Material Operating methods

·        Responsible for daily production state and team members management

·        Collect and summary production data and information and enter in ERP

·        Support for the project work.

·        Continued improve process to reduce the scrap

·        Mass production process management

·        Process improvement and to achieve the departmental KPI.

·        Internal External Audit responsibilities 

·        Diploma /degree in Engineering of Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics or similar degree required 

·        Knowledge of ISO TS, EMS & OSHAS documentation will be advantage

·        Strong English language skills are required.

·       Blow molding process experienced must.

·       7 to 10 years' experience in Automotive industries.
