POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr IT Analyst is expected to join the Bell IT, Commercial Solutions team and will be responsible for supporting Salesforce. The BELL IT Team provides innovative solutions using modern technologies to support key business needs, and as part of this team, he/she will take part in a fast-paced work environment with tasks consisting of Salesforce administration and development, incident resolution, documentation, and strategic technological or process improvements to support the Bell Commercial Business.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· 6 to 8 years of hands-on IT development experience
· Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
· Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
· Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and other declarative tools.
· Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems.
· Perform data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing.
· Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements to the platform.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

· Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery
· Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
· Strong programming background with the ability to architect end to end business solution of medium to high complexity
· Proficient knowledge in the following: Apex, DevOps, Agile software development, automated testing
· Ability to create detailed technical specification from the functional specification
· Expertise in creating architecture level Object diagrams, Database design, Use case diagrams with focus on User centric design
